Priti Lathia

Roses again!
My work has a vibrant, colorful and joyous feeling. I love to paint nature with a painterly flair. My paintings are inspired by places I have visited or still life subjects that have inspired me. While painting I like to think about color, light and view point.
I worked as a nutritionist for many years. Over the past six years, I have dedicated more of my time and energy to my art.

Joe Lapiana

Joe Lapiana

For me art is a way of exploring inner feelings and of making connections with others. His subject matter is inspired by extensive European travels as well as familiar scenes from the New England landscape. Joe returned to painting after a 30 year hiatus. After retirement he once again had time to explore painting and now works in water mixable oils. He is a member of the Chelmsford Art Society and the Arts League of Lowell and can frequently be found at his studio in suite #326 at the Western Avenue Studios in Lowell, MA. His paintings have most recently been shown at the Whistler House Museum of Art as part of the Men of Western Avenue show, the Chelmsford Art in Bloom show, in the Lawrence Library Art Gallery in Pepperell, at the 2010 Chelmsford Library Spring show of the Nashua Artist’s Breakfast Club, and at the Tyngsboro Public Library.
